An official welcome from yours truly, or before anyone else posts it ... welcome to the funny farm!

Preparation for Landy Rally may seem daunting at the mo, but as Deano says, "it'll be well worth it".

Mark my words, with just days to go you'll be saying, "If only I had another couple of days preparation", but if you had another couple of weeks, you would still be saying exactly the same thing with days to go. It happens every time to every team on every event. There never seems to be enough 'prep time', but of course in the end we always seem to make it to the start line. It's human nature as we always think there is more to do.

My recommendation is to sort out as much of the paperwork as possible now. To this end you have prompted my to start a new thread entitled – Paperwork for Landy Rally – in the General Chit Chat section of the website.

As for vehicle preparation, this is the part that you'll never ever have enough time to finish. Why? Because you always want to add more and more gizmos, horns, buttons and bells, thus you think will never be ready, but of course you will.

It’s a doddle … once you know how!
